Step 1: Choose Your KTrak Device
Select the KTrak Pro or KTrak Lite device based on your tracking needs. Both options offer excellent features, but KTrak Pro is perfect for real-time tracking, while KTrak Lite is ideal for emergency use or infrequent tracking.
Step 2: Activate Your Device
Once you receive your KTrak device, follow these simple steps to get started:
- Power on the device by pressing the power button.
- Download the KTrak App on your smartphone or tablet (available on iOS and Android).
- Pair your KTrak device with the app by entering the unique device ID found on the back of the device or packaging.
Step 3: Set Up Your Account
Create an account within the KTrak app:
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Provide any necessary personal details for accurate tracking (e.g., name, emergency contacts).
- Choose your subscription plan—monthly or annual—for either KTrak Pro or KTrak Lite.
Step 4: Start Tracking
Once your account is set up and your device is activated, you can:
- View the real-time location of your device on the app’s map.
- Set up geofencing to receive notifications when the device enters or exits a specific area.
- Access tracking history to view past routes, locations, and activity.
Step 5: Customize Alerts
In the KTrak app, you can personalize your experience by setting up the following alerts:
- Speed Alerts: Get notified when the device exceeds a set speed limit.

Step 6: Use the SOS Button (KTrak Pro)
For emergencies, press the SOS Button on the KTrak Pro device. An alert will be sent to the designated emergency contact, along with the device’s real-time location.
Step 7: Monitor Battery Life
Check the battery status in the app. KTrak Pro lasts up to 3 months on a single charge, while KTrak Lite can last up to 12 months. You’ll receive notifications when it’s time to recharge the device.
